1:00 - 3:00 PM
Set-up, Making Buttons, Cleaning Closets, Dusting Trophy Cases

4:30 - 6:30 PM
Serving Meals

Saturday:
9:00 - 11:00 AM
Set-up, Making Buttons, Cleaning Closets, Dusting Trophy Cases

11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Serving Meals

Donations are also needed for band camp:
(2) - 10' x 10' Canopies
(4) - Grills (Sunday, August 16th)
Baked Goods/Fruit/Snacks - All Week

Anyone willing to make a Pasta, Potato, Macaroni, or Green salad
for the Family cookout on Sunday please let us know.

Feel free to bring one of your favorite recipes
to the cookout on Sunday

All family members are invited to attend and
we always have a large crowd to feed.


Our Marching Band Students work hard and
look forward to snacks at break time.
If you would like to send in a bake good with your child
it would be greatly appreciated!


Please come to the Family Cookout and Parent's meeting
on Sunday, August 16th beginning at TBA.

We will have BMR Merchandise and Photo Buttons of your
child in their Marching Band Uniforms for sale.
