~ 2008 Calendar Raffle ~
All students in the Music Program will have the opportunity to sell Calendars for our Fall Fundraiser. Calendars will be sold for $10.00 each and will be distributed to students in packets of ten (10). For each calendar sold, band members will receive $5.00 into their profit sharing accounts. The remaining $5.00 will be used to offset the cost of prize money, printing costs and envelopes. Any remaining money will be deposited into the General Fund.
Please ensure that the calendar stub is complete with name, address and the phone number of the person buying the calendar. Tear off the calendar stub and keep it with the money. If paying by check, please have them made out to BMMA. Please put the name of the student that sold the calendar on the "sold by" line on the stub. This will ensure that all students' profit sharing accounts are credited properly. Additional calendars may be picked up when payment for the first ten (10) is received. Please return your money and ticket stubs to the band room at the High School or contact a committee member.
All calendar stubs, money, and unsold calendars are to be returned to the band room in the attached envelope no later then Monday, January 14th, 2007. Please print your name on the envelope.
The calendar raffle will be drawn daily in February. Each person purchasing a calendar will be eligible to win prize money for 29 days!. Every day except Friday, a $50.00 prize will be drawn and on Fridays, a $100.00 prize will be drawn. On February 29, 2008 the $500.00 grand prize winner will be announced!
The names of the winners will be posted on Buddy's Calendar and on the BMMA Website.
